My hearty thanks to all of
you !!!!!!
Normally you thank all persons involved, who in different ways have helped to complete a project, in this case to arrange the very first CFA- cat show in Stockholm. Usually this will be done afterwards.
I will make it quite contrary or to be exact not only after but also before. There are so many nice persons who already have given so much of their time, done so much work and brainstorming to promote the coming first CFA Cat Show in Stockholm, that I already now wish to thank all of you.
I will give thanks to everyone who has
helped and active supported the idea of starting a CFA-club,
Swedish Cat Paws in Sweden. Without your participation a
functional CFA-club in Sweden would not exist today. It is not
easy for a new organization to be established in a country,
where a good and well organized association of the same kind and
with the same goals already exists.
What differ are the bases for forming a
judgement; what unites is the true love for our cats.
Let me start to thank those persons I
work with on the board:
Irene Jensen with her very valuable experience of arranging CFA-clubs and who patiently answers all questions.
Bruno Picasso who with his long experience within CFA has been a support and a person with whom you can bandy ideas.
Dörte Händel with her great experience of organization, administration and all sort of paper work. With Dörte on our board can feel safe and secure.
Emma Larsson who with her young, fresh eyes, starts something new with us, “old veterans”. New thoughts and a mixture of generations, I find developing for any organization.
Many thanks also to all of you, who in
different ways have sponsored us. You have believed in and
supported our new Club. Without your support it would have been
economically impossible to realize an exhibition.
Some of our helpers are almost invisible,
yet important. Many of you have helped the Club occasionally,
once, twice or several times. Without your support our work
would have been very hard or perhaps impossible.
Let me start to mention Nina, who has spent many hours to design our home page. She has worked up and revised it several times and at last created a home page, I think everyone will find both user-friendly and beautiful. Thank you, Nina!
Cia has spent lots of
hours together with me finding, sorting out and selecting all
material we have gathered for our home page. Again and again Cia
has modified and revised the material and never given up, before
both of us were quite satisfied. Thank you for your patience,
Cia.
Carina Avemark I wish to thank
for many hours artistic design of the invitation card to the CFA
exhibition. Not one single time Carina has lost her patience, in
spite of all my realistic and unrealistic proposed alterations.

Lars-Åke Wiborg I wish to thank for his help arranging the huge exhibition hall to suit a cat show i. e. to find out where cats, cages, judges, visitors, exhibitors, tables, stands and so on should be placed. Thank you Lars-Åke.
Marika Lahti who during several months will be busy registering all entries for the chow. I guess it will be a hard job. Thank you, Marika.
Maria my dear daughter, who could
stand all my questions that automatically have popped up by
planning the cat show. Thank you, Maria.
There are also friendly people from
other European CFA-clubs who have had to stand my questions,
certainly obvious for them, but not for me. Especially I will
name Pauli Huhtaniemi, Henny and Jos Wintershoven.
Thank you for all your help.
Last but not least I hope that you, dear cat owner, will bring your cats to Järna in August. You and your cats are most important of all. Without you it can´t be a cat show at all. Very welcome!
